A New Season for Time with Ty: Bringing Ideas to Life Through Consulting & Event Support

Over the years, one thing has become very clear: I love creating experiences that bring people together.

Whether it’s helping families connect, building community, celebrating milestones, or creating opportunities for growth, the part I enjoy most is taking an idea and turning it into something meaningful.

This month, Derrick and I will wrap up a convention that we have been working on for the past two years. It has been a labor of love—filled with planning, collaboration, attention to detail, challenges, and countless moments that reminded us of the power of bringing people together with a shared purpose. We are incredibly grateful for the prayers, encouragement, and well wishes as we bring this special experience to life.

As I close one chapter, I’m excited to step into a new season for Time with Ty.

Introducing Time with Ty Consulting & Event Support

For years, I’ve been helping organizations, families, and communities create meaningful experiences. Now, I’m expanding that work to support businesses and nonprofits that need help bringing their ideas to life.

Recently, I had the opportunity to partner with the Plaquemines Parish Recreation Department to create Future You Fest, an interactive career day experience designed for teens and young adults.

The goal was simple: create a space where young people could explore possibilities, connect with professionals, and see a future they could imagine themselves in.

The event included:

• A career zone featuring local businesses and organizations

• Hands-on skills stations

• Guest speakers

• Professional headshots

• A DJ and engaging atmosphere

• Opportunities for connection and discovery

Seeing this event come together reminded me of what I do best: creating experiences that are organized, intentional, and focused on people.
