Time to Rest retreats provide structured flexibility to meet your needs. Ultimately, this day is for you, and you have choices. There are presentations separated by ample time to reflect, pray, meditate, cry, connect, exercise, rest, plan, or enjoy silence based on what you need at the time. This will be in interactive workshop where you can be seen, heard, and fill your cup to love yourself and your family better.

This option begins with a 4 PM check-in on Friday and departure on Sunday at 1 pm, restful slumber in a private room, workshops, meals, and a workbook. Weekend participants also enjoy an exclusive wine and dessert social Saturday night. The early bird price ends on 6/15.
